• Schedule and distribute third party operator (3PO) trips so that 100% of trips are matched
• Take inbound calls from drivers while offering back up and guidance
• Meet goals by resolving tickets within performance standards
• Recognize areas for process improvement and automation

Our ideal candidates will have some or all of the following:

• Loftier school diploma required, higher degree preferred
• 1 - two years of customer service experience. Experience with any of the post-obit a plus: Healthcare, engineering, or transportation companies
• Experience with multiple types of applied science including computers and mobile applications Feel with whatsoever of the following a plus: Zendesk, Slack, Google Bulldoze, and/or using Wikis
